Shiobhan (shuh' VAWN) Charles is a full service salon, named after the owners middle names.  This upscale salon is located downtown Orlando at the Shoppes of City View next to Johnson's Diner.  This unisex salon caters to a diverse clientele and specializes in all types of hair, nails and skin care. Shiobhan Charles is a Paul Mitchell Signature Salon proudly carrying Affirm, KeraCare, Miss Jessie's, and Carol's Daughter Products.
